I have said it before and I'll say it again, I'm so lucky to have a little girl that will be my little model and try out locations with me.

Ice cream is always involved so that's probably why she's always so willing!

I have been eyeing this beautiful little place and it did not disappoint! So many beautiful areas and lots of options! It's basically a photographers dream location! I can't wait to go back there tonight for a family session!

We attempted some jumping shots...it is a dream of mine to get a crystal clear shot of someone jumping super high in the air(I know, weird dream) someday I will get the shot!

Her arms a little funky, but I love her hair in this shot!

These little boys were hilarious and oh so cute! We got some great pics inside the home, then were able to go outside for some!

Well folks, we are in Kentucky now! I miss Az terribly, but the green beauty that is all around me is making this transition a little easier. I have already spotted at least 50 places to do photo sessions...now if I could only get all of my amazing Az clients to move out here too I'd be set!

I do have some exciting news though! I will be back in Az the second week of November and will be able to do a limited number of mini sessions, so if you're interested in that please let me know ASAP...dates and actual times to come!

This is the cute family that won my free giveaway back in February. How cute are they?! And I actually knew them in high school too so it was a bit of a reunion as well! I had so much fun on this shoot, and I loved all the fun things Tiffany brought to incorporate into the shoot!

I love the finger up the nose picture 'cause I can so relate to it. I feel like every second of the day my baby's fingers are either up my nose, squeezing my nose, or trying to poke my eyes out! It must be a boy thing.

Another amazing family to photograph, I seriously am in love with what I do. Being outside in 100 degree weather sweating to death does not even phase me when I'm taking pictures.

Aren't all these grandkids beautiful...every single one of them had stunning eyes! Do you recognize one of the baby's from my previous post. Still sleeping and amazing to photograph, and his little cousin was the same way!

These two pics of the older cousins are a couple of my favorites. Two of these girls are actually stationed in Germany and are here visiting for the summer. It gave me hope that when we move away and come back to visit that it'll be like we never left! Have I mentioned we are moving?! We are! And very soon! I'm excited and scared, it's definitely bitter sweet.

This little guy is just perfection, and he slept our entire photo shoot! Seriously, look at those fresh baby lips...have I ever mentioned that I love baby lips?! Is that weird?!

I went to high school with these two! It's so funny how you can see people that you haven't seen in YEARS and it's just totally comfortable...I love that. Congrats you two!

Look at those cheeks, I don't know about you, but I seriously want to bite 'em!
Nikolas didn't quite enjoy picture taking as much as his sister did, but we managed to get some darling pictures of him anyway! Such sweet babies!
This dog is so loved in this family, it was fun having him in some shots...at one point he had to be removed from the room 'cause he wanted to sneak his way into every picture.

This couple was just so amazing to work with, they are so in love it's ridiculous! I can honestly say their constant giggling and looking at each other with those googlie(sp?) love eyes was contagious and made me want to go home and squeeze my hubby, lol I'm a dork.

They have such a sweet story too(they got married quickly last summer and shortly after that he got deployed to Iraq. When we did the pictures he was home(on a two week leave I believe) and now I'm sure he's back in Iraq finishing up his last couple of months! Good luck you guys! It was such a pleasure working with you two!

Madi turned 5 last week and Cash turns 1 tomorrow! We took them out a few weekends ago and had so much fun! As you can see I have a lot more of Cash than Madi(I feel guilty!)...I need to take her out again! Enjoy!

Oh this family was pure joy! C's hubby is deployed right now and she wanted to get some pics of the whole family and some of just her to send to him...what a sweet present! I think he'll be very happy! We did this shoot at 7:30 in the morning...it was quite CHILLY...but you can't even tell, they were mini models! Good job girls!

This session will take place at Agritopia located on Higley/Ray.

October 24th- Available times are 4:00, 4:30, 5:00, 5:30

This session will take place at a grove of trees located in south gilbert...it's around Gilbert/Germann

November 14th- Available times are 3:30, 4:00, 4:30, 5:00

This session will take place in Downtown Mesa either on Main Street or at the Mesa Arts Center

These sessions will last 25 minutes and include a CD of 15-20 images

I recently did a photoshoot of this lovely couple a.k.a my grandparents! My aunt did this amazing book through shutterfly full of pictures and everyone's memories of my grandma and my mom blew up a few of these photo's. The book was beautiful, I will never forget seeing my sweet grandma look at that book and start crying. We had family there that I haven't even seen for 15 years so I'm sure it was a tender moment for her to have all her kids, grandkids, and great grandkids surrounding her. Thanks Grandma for everything! You're amazing!

Preschool Portraits

This group of photo's is probably one of the funnest jobs I've had as a photographer so far. I was hired to take portraits for a small preschool class that was graduating. I love taking pictures of children, especially close-ups so I was very excited about this opportunity. The children were amazing and their teacher(Mrs. Hatch) even made sure she was there to make them laugh and feel comfortable the whole time! Thanks Shauna!
